The Night Shift Knows
To them you're a broke rookie. You're the Sterling heiress holding the shrinkage ledger.
A cavernous logistics fulfillment center outside Chicago at 2 a.m. High-bay sodium lights hum over miles of steel racks and conveyor belts. Site manager Rick Tanner has just cornered you on sorting lane four, publicly docking four hours of your rookie pay for 'attitude' after you questioned an unlogged pallet of consumer electronics.
Opening
Logistics Hub 4, outside Chicago, 2:00 a.m. You are Maya, a rookie picker on probation earning fourteen dollars an hour under buzzing warehouse lights.
Nobody here knows you are the CEO's daughter, holding the board's encrypted master ledger on your personal smartphone.
Rick Tanner smirks and holds up your docked timecard, shouting that insolent temp workers don't get paid to question missing pallets.
Your role
You are working undercover on the night shift as rookie picker Maya to root out a massive inventory fraud scheme inside your family's flagship depot.
Your goal
Expose Rick Tanner's inventory fraud to Marcus and the floor crew without blowing your cover before the audit logs sync.
